MIIKO is a Nourishment Bar sitting on a sunny corner in Poole, Dorset alongside a railway bridge. We are fortunate to be surrounded by award winning beaches and a natural harbour.

Serving up hot herbal elixirs, organic coffee, kombucha, fresh juices and a delicious range of nourishing delights; all available to eat in or takeaway. MIIKO channels the ancient and modern arts of wellness into life enhancing offerings. Within our nourishment bar is a small store, presenting a full range of consciously curated lifestyle products.

At MIIKO we take pride in working together to help build a strong and healthy community we can all benefit from. A community that cares for not only the individuals within it, but importantly for our precious environment that surrounds us all. We believe it is through the experience of vitality and wellness that we are able to rise and shine, radiating a positive influence to the world around us.

MIIKO’s ethos is built upon a simple 4 pillars of wellbeing; FOCUS, GLOW, DETOX & ENERGY. Focus based foods/treatments are to help the nervous system, to balance hormones, be calming and to aid stress. Glow is for Lymphatics and skin health, everyone wants that clear healthy glow from the outside as well as the inside. Detox is based on liver health, digestion and simply removing those unwanted toxins from your body. Finally Energy, it is to aid the cardiovascular system, muscles and give you that boundless energy which we all desire!

Created by Lana Culley in 2019, a 23 year old female who from previous personal struggles has learnt the importance of nutrition and alternative medicines.

“I am no ‘foodie’ expert and I am no die-hard vegan but my passion for living a healthy and vital life inspired me to create a place that people on a similar journey could eat, socialise and meet like-minded people. The mission of MIIKO is to provide a delicious plant based, vegan and gluten free menu alongside conscious retail and treatment rooms as well as offering a varied calendar of wellbeing events after hours. 

My dream for MIIKO is to become a thriving neighbourhood space, somewhere you can have a delicious and nutritious lunch with a friend, buy a special, one of a kind gift, have a deeply relaxing treatment and meet new friends!
